Digital goods

All digital products are non refundable or eligible for an exchange.

Physical goods

Home goods (pillows, quilts) are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays for additional shipping charges and refunds are issued once the item is received in new condition.

Masks

Masks cannot be returned. Please read full product description for a comprehensive list of materials and features before ordering. If you are looking for a feature that is not explicitly listed in the description, it is not a feature of the product.
